If you rely on a Tradify feature we don’t have yet, you can run both while you transition; nothing stops you quoting a job in Stagex to get the milestone trail going.
No — and neither does Stagex today. Milestone escrow is not available; Stagex is not licensed to hold customer funds (see /product-status). What Stagex does is track each milestone to client sign-off and generate the invoice the moment it is approved, so there is no manual re-entry or chasing paperwork on your end.

You agree the milestones with your client up front, in the quote. As each one completes, they sign it off from their own portal — no phone tag, no waiting on a signature in person — and Stagex generates the invoice for that stage immediately.
