Stagex is job, quote and invoice software for Australian trade businesses. That part works and you can use it.
Milestone escrow — the thing several of our pages used to describe in the present tense — is not available. Those pages have been removed rather than footnoted, because a correction sitting underneath a page that still sells the feature is not a correction.

Stagex does not collect, hold or release your customer's money, and is not licensed to do so. Nothing in the product moves customer funds today.
There is no pot of held money to decide over, so there is no release-on-decision process.
The inspector directory promised payment held in escrow until a report was delivered. That was never true, so the page is gone.
Holding someone else's money in Australia is a licensed activity. Stagex does not hold an Australian Financial Services Licence and is not currently an authorised representative of anyone who does. Until that arrangement is in place and approved, Stagex will not receive, hold or release customer funds — and the product is built to refuse it rather than rely on us remembering.
We are not putting a date on it here. When it is real, this page will say so and the feature will be described against what it actually does.
