No. As at August 2026, no escrow, trust-account or held-funds capability is advertised on buildxact.com. It estimates and quotes the job; it does not secure the client’s money once it’s invoiced. Stagex doesn’t hold client money either (see /product-status); it tracks each stage to sign-off and invoices the moment it’s approved.
Buildxact’s published AUD ex-GST plans are Foundation $199/mo, Pro $399/mo and Master $599/mo, with a 12-month commitment for the discounted annual rate. Stagex Professional is a flat $59/mo GST inclusive ($49/mo billed annually) with no lock-in and no transaction fee.
The moment your client signs off a milestone, Stagex generates the invoice for that stage automatically. They pay you directly, on whatever method you’ve agreed — Stagex doesn’t collect or hold the payment.
