FieldInsight charges per role — Administrator $139/user/month, Technician $65/user/month (AUD ex-tax), with a 3-user minimum and a 12-month lock-in. Stagex Professional is a flat $59/mo GST inclusive ($49/mo billed annually), no lock-in and no transaction fee.
The moment your client signs off a milestone, Stagex generates the invoice for that stage automatically. They pay you directly, on whatever method you’ve agreed — Stagex doesn’t collect or hold the payment.
