Apartment Block External Painting

Full external repaint of a 6-storey residential apartment block (approx. 1,800 m² of paintable surface). Work includes: • High-pressure wash of all external surfaces • Crack filling and surface preparation to render and concrete • Two coats of premium exterior acrylic (colour TBC with owners corporation) • All balcony balustrades and window frames included • Safety management plan required — building is occupied Scaffold design and installation is the responsibility of the successful contractor.
