Kitchen Renovation - Townhouse

Complete kitchen renovation in a two-storey townhouse. The existing kitchen will be fully stripped and replaced. Scope includes: • Demolition of existing kitchen including removal of all cabinetry, benchtops, and appliances • New custom cabinetry (owner to select door profile and colour) • Stone benchtop supply and installation (owner to select stone) • Plumbing relocation for new sink position • Electrical work for new appliance points, rangehood ducting, and under-cabinet lighting • Splashback tiling (owner to supply tiles) • Supply and installation of new stainless sink and tapware Owner will supply appliances separately. Builder to coordinate and sequence all trades.
